Information

DD214 (Military Discharge) paperwork can be filed in the Office of the County Clerk. There is no filing fee for filing DD214 paperwork.

Any time a person wants a certified copy of their own record, they must bring in a photo ID.

The records are RESTRICTED to the name on the record or an heir of the person named on the record.

Fees For Certified Copies Of DD214

The cost is $1.00 for the first copy and $.50 for additional copies.
