1st Offense: 6 month suspension and $500.00 fine.
Subsequent Offense within three (3) years of prior offense: License revoked and $1,000.00 fine.

Carrying a concealed pistol with a blood alcohol content of .02-.08.
Fine is $100.00, and a one (1) year suspension.
MCL 28.425K(7):
Refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Fine is $100.00, and a six (6) month suspension.
MCL 28.425O(6)(A):
Carrying a concealed pistol on
prohibited premises.
1st Offense: Fine is
$500.00, and a six (6) month suspension.
